Be Convinced that God's "Word Is Truth"

"The very essence of your word is truth." - PSALM 119:160.

 MANY today are suffering from a lack of confidence.  They do not know whom they can trust.  They wonder whether people they look up to-politicians, scientists, and businessmen -really have their best interests at heart.  In addition, they do not have high regard for Christendom's clergy.  So it is not surprising that they view with skepticism the book those religious leaders claim to represent-the Bible. 

Note:  They are right-the churches who talk about what is in the Bible is not telling  you every word that is in the Bible. The best advice I can give you, if you really want to know and are sincere is READ THE BIBLE for YOURSELF and quit taking their word for it.  The Jehovah's Witnesses are the only ones that teach the truth of the Bible. I have read the  whole book of the King James Version and The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures-The Witnesses. What they did, was take  all the words from the King James  Version and simplified it enough that if you really want to know the truth of what is in the Bible, Jehovah God will help you understand what it says. There is not interpretation here, it is actually what the Bible says. Any interpretation of these truthful words is left to God, the same with dreams.  No matter what people in other religions say about they know what is going to happy and God talks to them, personally, is Satan drawing them away from God. God does not do that anymore. I know for a fact and when  I read the Bible after my experience, I knew that God does not do that. Because I asked him if it was not a gift from him, to please take it away, and he did and I am very grateful because it was turning into a nightmare. I Praise God and gave my gratitude to him for doing this for me.

As servants of Jehovah, we are convinced that he is "the God of truth" and that he always wants what is best for us.  (Psalm31:5; Isaiah 48:17)  We know that we can trust what we read in the  Bible-that "the very essence of [God's] word is truth." (Read Psalm 119:160.) We agree with what one Bible scholar wrote:  "There is no hint of falseness or chance of failure in anything God has said. God's people can trust what he says because they trust the God who has said it." 

How can we help others to have the same confidence that we have in God's Word?  Let us reflect  on three reasons why we can trust the Bible.  We will consider the accuracy of the text, the fulfilment of the Bible prophecy, and the Bible's power to change  lives.
