So, Arthur, knife in hand, waited with the others for the signal. Soon Brother Rutherford must have fairly shouted the climax of his talk. Spurred on by emotion and zeal, Brother Rutherford must have shouted: "Be faithful and true witnesses of the Lord. Go forward in the fight until every message of Babylon lies desolate. Herald the message far and wide. The world must know that Jehovah is God is and that Jesus Christ is King of Kings and lord of lords. This the day of all days. Behold, the King reigns! You are his publicity agents. Therefore, advertise, advertise, advertise, the King and his Kingdom!"
Arthur related that he and the other brothers cut the cords and the banner rolled down as smoothly as any banner could. In harmony with the letters "ADV" the banner read "Advertise the King and Kingdom."
