HOW JESUS' DEATH CAN SAVE YOU

ALMOST  2,000 years ago, on the Jewish Passover of the year 33 C.E., an innocent man died so that others might live. Who was that man? He was Jesus of Nazareth.  And who stand to benefit from that noble act?  The entire human race. A well-known Bible verse sums up that lifesaving sacrifice; "God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." -John 3:16, King James Version.

Although many are familiar with that scripture, few really understand its meaning.  They wonder:  'Why do we need Christ's sacrifice?  How can one man's death rescue humankind from the fate of eternal death?'  The Bible provides clear and satisfying answers to these questions.
